Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my blog. So basically my name is Bryana and I am a 24 year old vegan. I like to spread helpful tips and advice from myself to others because I am aware how hard the decision is to change your lifestyle from something you have been doing your whole life. I also plan to share my favorite go-to recipes and meal prep ideas for the whole family.
